The staff in the wearhouse are really rude. Expecting you to speak Czech. If you don't speak Czech then they will treat you like a piece of shi.

Being an international logistics hub, English should be a must. Sometimes a rude attitude of the staff, in their view an alien driver must speak czech language because they are in Czech Republic.

I have been waiting since 21:30 last night because they work untill 22h i thought they would accept the papers but who in their right mind works their entire work hours i think only in Germany they work untill the very last minute, so they told me to come at 6am which i did, i gave them the papers along with my truck and trailer documents yet they after five long hours dont know whats happening with my papers, that is atleast what i assume because they dont speak any other language than czech and okay they know how to say in english ,,i dont know’’ All they tell you is sms and thats it, they only reasons they got two stars is because the toilet works, there is a vending machine and you can come and go at any time, otherwise it would have been zero stars
