Unhepful staff even when O2 system made mistakes in my billing. My problem was solved but it costs me a lot of time and patience. I had to explain all details three times to different staff. Something is wrong with this customer service.

Terrible service. Arogant, unhelpful was waiting 45 minutes and get only stupid answer which doesn't fix the router at all. Was send there by another O2 guru" from Florenc. Waste of time. Never again!"

Terrible service. I tried booking a technician to come to my new flat in order to transfer my internet connect and although I received a confirmation the visit was cancelled and nobody thought of letting me know. I tried the online chat and a rude person on the other side just hang up on me. Poor service. non existent customer care.

The worst service. The staff was rude, told me that activating my account was easy (so it should not take their time), and he couldn't activate my account (because the only valid ID I have was my Japanese passport which doesn't work for their app). I will switch to Vodafone as soon as I can. I want to have nothing to do with O2 in my life, ever. I went there at 4 pm on September 17th, 2022. I'm Takumi Saito, I testify that their service was bad.

Terrible customer service. Employee was rude and unhelpful. Avoid o2, and especially this location. If you're new to town, vodafone is much better for prices and service.
