I’ve been visiting the Roots Health Clinic since 2020 and I made a quite interesting progress. Marcin is a great guy! I like his focus on whole body, not just a problematic area. Sometimes I realize that he helped me not only with my muscles and joints, but also with my mental health. Which is very important these days. I was scared in beginning. I think everybody have these kind of worries in his mind. What if it’s not gonna work? But trust me, it’s definitely worth it. Thank you and see you soon.

I made an emergency appointment and visited the clinic in the end of January because of severe lower backpain amid a looming deadline. Dr. Marcin Dochnal took my history, examined me and treated me. He was genuinely concerned about my deadline and said, he would do everything possible. He actually did that!Despite that he told me the next day I might still be feeling pain due to herniation, I woke up well. The magnet had worked.I visited the clinic again for a follow up after the weekend. He also helped me with exercises.In addition to being professional, Dr. Marcin Dochnal is a pleasant and friendly person too.

I rarely write reviews, but somehow I always read them and besides this particular case deserves an exception. Marcin is my 5th chiropractor I've visited in my life, as I am using their services since last several years due to prolonged work in front of a computer (which is a killer to our lower backs and necks) and cycling a lot in the past.What normal doctors are lacking these days is a completely holistic view of the human body and its connection to our wellbeing. Our injuries and traumas are often stored within our nervous system without us even realizing it. This is where chiropractic care really starts to shine.I have only good things to say about my visits at Roots Health Clinic. Even though some of the chiropractors I've worked with elsewhere in the past were good, Marcin is definitely on another level. He meticulously combines varied techniques and skills, mixing them with additional types of treatments (such as acupuncture) when needed. On top of that, he gives sound advice on nutrition and after-care as a bonus. As a person Marcin is honest, straight to the point and very welcoming - this is very important for a therapist to be able to put people at ease, especially people who are somehow afraid of their first chiropractic visit.I can definitely say that in this case many years of experience pays back and if you're going to visit a chiropractor- go to the best one. It's going to save you time, money and energy in the long run. And if you would like to add some additional layers to your journey back to health, you can use physiotherapy and massage offered by Michal and Kamila who also work in the clinic.

Michal saw me at short notice, and gave me great care and attention to my long-standing sciatica issue. He not only did chiropractic during the session, but also intramuscular acupuncture. He is very knowledgeable about the correct exercises and stretches to perform, and a very nice guy too! I highly recommend

Marcin is top notch - one of the best Chiropractors I have had.He's treated me successfully over the past 2.5 years. His approach is thorough, meticulous and holistic. He's taking the time to understand the issues and then adjusts the therapy. Would wish that this profession had more Marcins!

I came to Marcin in my 37th week of pregnancy based on recommendation to help us make a space for our breeched baby and allow our child to turn head down for easier delivery. After research I have asked Marcin about Webster Maneuver which is recommended as a practice to turn the breech baby. Whole pregnancy I suffered from pelvic and back pain and incredible disbalance made me not to be able walk without incredible pain. I wrote to Marcin on one evening, next morning I received a friendly and inviting call and next day we already visited his practice. I was really pleased by Marcin's attitude to help us in such late notice and his incredible support of breech baby delivery. We planned in total 4 visits for next days. Marcin has squeezed us in even in late evening hours just to help us (even of his fully booked schedule)! After first visit, where I basically cracked like a very old piece of bread, I could literally finally walk without any pain, turn in a bed without pain and get very needed sleep. I felt bigger activity of our baby and her effort to turn.Marcin has incredible amount of experience and experteese. He has enorsmous client oriented attitude and willingness to help. He is professional by heart, providing useful advices and support. I would not trust anyone else to treat me and my baby and If I could give unlimited amount of stars, I would! Thank you for helping people not to be in constant pain. Marcin, You have my full respect as I did not experience such professionalism and client oriented attitude long time!

Marcin has been seeing (and successfully treating) my husband, myself and our daughters over the past two years. He is a fantastic Chiropractor who has a holistic approach and a deep level of knowledge on how the human body functions. He really takes time to get to know an individual‘s history and body and tailors his approach accordingly. Only very recently, I contacted Marcin because of a surfing injury which hurt so much that I thought a rib had been cracked. A visit to the hospital showed no broken bones and the recommendation was injections against the pain, and (lots of) time. Instead, I decided to go to Marcin. I walked in with pain that was so strong it inhibited my breathing and made it difficult for me to drive a car. I walked out with a body that had very clearly been fast tracked on to its healing journey. A few acupuncture needles and some manual adjustments by a seasoned expert was all it needed and now, four days after my visit, the pain is practically gone. I cannot thank, and recommend, Marcin and his practice enough. We are so thankful that we found him in Prague!

I came over to Prague with a bad back and decided to get help.I contacted roots health clinic and got an appointment really fast.I seen Michal who was extremely professional and had allot of knowledge giving me the proper exercise’s to help my back and feet.After the first session of getting my back cracked and neck, I already started to feel much better.I also got some dry needling done/ acupuncture.2 sessions for me and I’m already back in the gym.Thank you so much Michal and Roots Healthfor helping me out.Highly recommend

Marcin is a great chiropractor (with a good sense of humor too :))I went while pregnant and postpartum and I always left walking taller and feeling better. He also did acupuncture during our sessions. The space is really beautiful & relaxing. Highly recommend!
