The food wasn't bad, but they made us move while we were eating, then they proceeded to unload beer next to us really loudly, we didn't even get a sorry. Overall not a great experience.

One of the top 3 restaurant meals I have had in the past year. The pork ribs were perfection. The duck was exceptional. Only France does duck better. If you want a first class meal at a reasonable price look no further

Amazing place. The food was very tasty, and the waiters were all very friendly. They even recommended us certain dishes ( and warned us against others)! It was a very enjoyable experience overall, with the apple strudel being especially amazing. Would visit again!

Our first dinner in Prague, and maybe my favorite. Great food, great waiter with a sense of humor. Turns out I reeeally like Starapromen, too.

We randomly came across Stará Praha while walking in the area. The smell coming from across the street was so inviting and it initially caught our attention. The staff were really accommodating and friendly and helped with explaining the dishes. The food was incredible and the local wine they advised us to have with the meal complimented it perfectly.

So lucky to stumble on this place when I most needed it! Beautiful interior, friendly service, excellent food (I recommend the garlic soup, cheese and pancetta pancakes and the DUCK- jeeeeeesus I’ve never seen so much duck on a plate!) it also incidentally has the highest proportion of excellent behaved dogs in prague- they sit on the seats like equals which just warmed by heart and soul. No English speaking people dining (apart from us) which is definately a plus! Thanks a lot xxxxxx

Delicious food with ordinary price. Very good service, helpful and kind staff. We ate Schnitzel and traditional food named Staroceska Basta both of them are great.
