I ordered fried pork with mashed potatoes and it was delicious with pork broth and cabbage as appetizer, the lady who served us was really friendly and nice ☺️ which is rare to find. Beers are cheap and the meal as well. The place was really cozy, chill and not really far from famous monuments in Prague. It's a good place to take a break after a long walk.

The place is located not far from center in basement of the old Prague building. The speciality is traditional Czech dishes mostly meat on grill and in oven. Some kinds beers like oll local bars. The quality of food is average and dishes are big usually many meat and potato or sour cabbage and salted cucumbers. Service is good and the place is traditional Prague bar restaurant. So the price is average not expensive like center. Pay attention they charge 10 % service fee in the check already.

Cute, comfortable and local place to sit and eat something good. I ate risotto with mushroom and parmesan cheese, it was quite delicious. If you search a place something local and you want to eat something, definitely you can choose this place.

I ordered a grilled pork neck with baked potatoes, onions, and garlic for lunch and it was pretty good! The pork was surprisingly very juicy, and the potatoes complemented it nicely. The arugula also added a lot of flavor! Truly a place to CZECH out!

I visited this pub with my daughter a year ago. We were served by a lovely woman. We liked the food, beer and service. Today my student daughter came to this pub with friends. The male-waiter, taking the order, mimicked my daughter, who speaks good Czech. As a result, he did not take the food order, pretending not to understand. Then he asked for a passport. My daughter handed him the passport, and he pushed her hand! After he brought the beer, he started filming my daughter's company on a mobile phone! I ask the owners of the establishment to deal with this man. His actions are illegal!

The staff was extremely overwhelmed and slow. We were a party of 16 and made the reservation weeks ahead so they could have prepared for it. It was probably the managements fault. They forgot multiple orders, and we basically had to tip it. The food was okay, nothing special
