I was at first hesitant to rent from them based on other reviews but when I called and spoke with them they were very responsive and helpful so I thought I would take my chances. I am glad I decided to rent from them because it has been a great experience and especially when I had a family emergency and changed when I would be returning the car and every time I had to change the time they were happy to meet me and work with me every step of the way! So thank You again Albert for all of the messages and speaking with me on the phone as well! I will be renting from the again and I highly recommend their service and the car was great and very clean thanks again Albert!

Very friendly and helpful staff, quick and easy administration, car was in perfect condition and prices are very reasonable. It was my first time to rent a car abroad and EASY carRental made that experience very pleasant.

It was absolute pleasure to rent with Easyrent! They arrange a car for me within 1h even thought the requested car was not available they promptly offer me another vehicle for a great price. The office staff was amazing, explained me all the information, gave an advice and took me for a test drive to make sure I am comfortable with the vehicle. They quickly answered my call during my rental period and were ready to help! The price may be slightly higher but the quality of service is outstanding. I would highly recommend Easyrent and will be coming back in near future.

If you want peace of mind DONT rent for them at all. If there is very small scratch from stone in the road which you have no power over you will be charge for it even if you choose full coverage , basically the want to take you deposit . Trust me that will look for any way to take you deposit. And also 2000czk for cleaning the car after you is must even if you cleaned it, this is one way to take more money. Ridiculous! Run away!!!! (Its just for any international visitors.)The took my 30,000kc deposit and charge 10,000kc two times for spending over 120km/h. Run away of you want your money.

Our circumstances made it so that we were not able to rent with EASY, but the customer service was outstanding. The team was able to correspond via email about our special rental situation. We will absolutely keep them in mind for future rentals from Prague!

We paid 30k deposit for one of the cars. 2 weeks later we received an invoice for around 11.5k for absolutely disgraceful reasons. One of the amounts on the invoice was 3k for 'anticovid cleaning'. Another was 1k for fuel and 2k for filling the fuel? After the car was left back with a full tank as requested. Absolute disgrace, everyone please be careful when reading T&C with such a big deposit.

Absolutely awesome!!I rented Skoda kamiq for driving with such a beautiful sunset of Prague along the river side, it was stunning!The car was completely cleaned up, never had any problem with driving, and besides they kindly gave me some good tips for touring Prague. (Spoken in english perfectly tho)Recommend here even for foreigners like me, i'd use it again for sure.

All around recommendable car rental at reasonable prices and under fair conditions, especially for long-term rental and use of the car in Germany.Communication via WhatsApp was good and we always found a good solution for everyone involved..Thank you

I was pleasantly impressed with my encounter! I was not hassled and paid the exact amount that was quoted to me online. Due to credit card coverage, I denied additional insurance; they didn't push it but instead placed an expectedly big hold on my card. Everyone I interacted with was polite, and the auto cleaning process went quickly.

Excellent experience. Staff was attentive, courteous, and got me on my way without a hitch. Audi Allroad was perfect condition. They even gave me some water for the road. Return was quick and easy and they even called me a cab to airport.
