In yet another unfortunate customer service experience in the Czech Republic, I forewent the purchase of a €140 pair of shoes because two different sales people were unable to offer me an athletic sock to try with the shoes. It was pretty obvious I was ready pull but my credit card, but somehow nobody could calculate that opening a €5 euro pair of socks would be the useful thing to do for both of us. Ah well.

This is the largest bata in the world, and is an accessible location. Staff were friendly and there was a great variety of shoes available, as well as hand bags and luggage on different floors. Lift available as well.Ground floor has a very interesting display of shoe making with different materials. One will definitely get some new information.

I have never been to a Bata store where the staff and employees were so impolite and unkind with customers. Noone helped while we were looking for boots and when we eventually found what we were looking for, the price on the box was 79.99 in euros and the cashier asked us to pay additional fee for the exchange rate because as she said the price on the box was for the previous year!" We paid around 85 euros. This is very dishonest because the store should change their price tags if there has been a rise in price. In the end she told us with a poker face "Now you know that this is how it when you buy sthg in Prague!" Unfriendly staff. Bad customer service."

Excellent shop. 5 or even 6 floors with different shoes for everybody. Good discounts. I bought Italian shoes there. It passed two months. My shoes are ok. Warm and comfortable) I'd like to have the second pair of shoes like those and to go all day long and not feel a thing)

Good shop, but not the service in child section(she needs to work in military store ;) But its not shop assistant fault completely, she is alone on the whole floor! Administration is not going good job!
