Good introduction to Czech cuisine. Cozy street with a terrace for a great evening with beer. Bread soup is a must have option to try. Meat also was surprisingly delicious. Waiters are welcoming and nice. Prices are reasonable for this area.

A great option to taste real Czech food in the middle of the touristy center of Prague. I tried the Svíčková and the pork neck, and liked both very much. The staff were very kind and, despite the central location, that road is a bit secluded which makes it very quiet. Prices were correct.

Great restaurant to try traditional Czech cuisine. We tried the soup in bread and pork knee and it was perfectly cooked and a great portion. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Great price/quality ratio.

Ducked into U Dvou velbloudu during a downpour for some lunch. Room full of loud and rowdy ladies on a tour and server just about threw our plates on the table. Food was just okay as the meat in the goulash was very fatty, fries were meh, and soup needed something added. The highlight were the little potato balls and the bread in the goulash. Overall it was just ok.

Highly recommend a visit to this family run restaurant for traditional food. We found not only the very best food but also incredible service from our host Jakub. The Pork Knee & Sword of King Charles was incredible. We also had a vegetarian in our group who was also well catered for. I can not speak highly enough of our experience. If you are in Prague, you must check this place out.

Good place to try local food. I ordered potato soup in bread and salmon steak which were very delicious. The latter was a bit small in portion as it only came with salad but overall it was a good experience. My friend loved the roast duck as well. I see people aren't pleased as they felt like they were forced to tip but it seems like a cultural thing in Prague and I have seen worst in America where the tipping culture is out of hands so this didn't really bother me. I recommend this restaurant.

Oh, that crispy pork knuckle skin... It's such a guilty pleasure :) Definitely go there for authentic Czech food.

Unfortunately I only can give 3 out of 5.First the positive, the food was very good, staff friendly and the prices in general reasonable for the location.But we asked if for one of the dishes the dumplings could be exchanged with croquettes, that was denied, it would only be possible to additionally order. So we chose another dish were it was possible to freely choose the side dish. For that dish the waitress asked which sauce we would like (not if we would like as an extra).Only when getting the receipt we found out that both the side dish and the sauce were charged extra. That in our opinion was not stated on the menu and never mentioned by the staff.So even though the food was good, we left with a not so good feeling.
