I placed my first order and received it pretty quickly to Germany. The packing was very good and were very professionally packed causing no transit damage. The prices are really competitive when compared to other online stores.

The prices are competitive when compared to other stores and free shipping above 39 euros is good.Yet to order fresh vegetables, so not commenting on it.

Amazing online grocery system and delivery from dookan. We couldn't find an India store in Hungary that delivers to Szekesfehervar. Most of them deliver only within Budapest. That was one of the main reasons we attempted in Dookan and certainly it was done neatly and timely. Received in about 2 to 3 days and the packaging of oil items were good. Way to go, Team.

Recently i moved to croatia and couldn’t find any Indian stores near me. So with a hesitation ordered from dookan and to my surprise the goods arrived very early than expected and what surprised me the most is the way they pack things. They plastic wrap the products that have paper bag for extra protection which is very mindful and also for whole wheat flour(probably they are too valuable now lol). Appreciate the effort they put in neat packaging and fast delivery. Keep doing the great job. Would strongly recommend.

I'm very satisfied with Dookan. Great quality products for good prices. Shipping was fast, I ordered on Monday evening and Wednesday morning my package arrived including fresh vegetables which were in great shape. Will definitely order more in future.
