Upon arrival at the office; dental staff was wearing personal protective equipment and following COV-19 precautions. I received a plan printed out for the work needed; starting with the most urgent and how much it will cost. Prices were reasonable and easy payment process given the awesome quality of work.Appointments that fitted my personal calendar were set for 5 days. The first day, Dr. Livshyts explained the procedure, why, and exactly how he was going to carry it out. Always asking if I had questions, concerns, taken away any anxiety about the process. The most professional, intelligent, artistic, caring dentist I ever had the pleasure of been treated by. I have to stress that MUDr. I. Kharlamova and her assistant did a very good job today. Reception also was very good, convenient as well as she managed to provide a faster appointment due to my condition.All of them were friendly, competent and comprehensive. Emergency extraction of my tooth in Hradec Kralove was a total nightmare so I was really scared to go through bone graft and honestly I wasn't hoping a magic when I came to Dsmile clinic . After 3D scan consultation, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that bone graft wasn't necessary. My experience has been extraordinarily amazing !

Having heard that Czechia offers high quality dental services at considerably lower cost than the UK, and having done extensive research we contacted the dSmile clinic for further information. We were given excellent initial guidance via WhatsApp by Dr.Michael Livshyts and arranged to visit Prague for the extensive treatment required.We were very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of all the staff at the clinic.It is equipped with the most up to date equipment which enables it to carry out its own laboratory work and the manufacture of implants, crowns and veneers, so that if something is not quite right it can be re manufactured immediately. We have just made our second visit and all the work has been carried out by Michael, who is both friendly, considerate and very highly skilled. We would highly recommend the clinic.Update...Just made our third visit, when further work was carried out after the bone grafts done during the last visit had fully healed. Further implants were placed, plus crowns and a bridge. All very skilfully done, as usual. The last task for Michael on this occasion was to carry out some soft tissue grafting in preparation for the final visit in about 4 months time.

After doing my research on dental tourism in Europe, I decided on dSmile in Prague to complete my dental treatment. It was clear to me from the initial consultation with Dr Michal Livshyts that I had made the right choice. I was very impressed with Dr Michal, he is a highly skilled dental surgeon who takes a personal interest in his patients.
