Very unorganized. I called to schedule a package to be delivered and I was told it would come the next Friday. No came to deliver on Friday. After multiple emails with quite rude customer service reps they told me it would be delivered the next week Thursday. But then on Wednesday I got a call from one of the drivers saying he was there to drop the package. I told him I was not home because the pick up was supposed to be on Thursday. I asked him if it could be delivered the next day as it was supposed to and he told me he doesn't know. After the call I got an sms that the package would come on Thursday and surprise surprise, no package was delivered on Thursday. I messaged the customer support and was told I could come pick it up at their depot which is really far away. (I have no idea why they not just have pickup points in the city where they can drop off packages close to peoples addresses and they can just pick them up later) and then was given a new delivery date without asking me if it was convenient and it was a day which of course was not. Still battling to get this one simple package.

Payed the priority, one week the parcel from us stayed in CR, informed me that will be delivered finally on Friday, never happened. I have flight to Spain on Sunday and it was a gift. They changed the date at 19.18 without any notification. Soooo unprofessional

Zero stars!! Worst courier service I have ever used. It's been 4 days and our express package has not arrived. I paid $280 EUR for a 2.4 kg package to be delivered from Gallarte, Italy to Prague, to arrive in 1-2 days. I called to verify address and they have all the correct information but they claim they had the wrong address, another day they say the business address was closed, ... nothing but lies... We will have to pick it up ourselves. Very frustrating! Do not use this service, unless you want to pick it the mail yourself.

With all deliveries with FedEx I’ve encountered an issue which was not resolved for a week or so. Common issue is that parcel is waiting at their side (4km from my home) and all deliveries are marked as: delayed due to operational delay. No additional info provided, no clear overview I need to provide additional info. Customer support is non existent, impossible to reach them by phone or any other communication. I’m at the stage where I’d rather not order a package if the provider only offers FedEx as logistic option.

A nightmare to contact them when solving problems. They write you a letter to contact them via email above but they don't include email.

How is it possible for a delivery company to literally not being able to deliver any package??? Mistery..

Unprofessional, unorganised. I have been contacted already few times just because the workers (including custom service) can not read properly the receiver name. The parcels have been sent for another company, but every time they contact me instead. As the result, now I have to deal with the mistakenly issued tax document for me instead of another company. Total mess

Worst possible experience with this company - again... Having confirmed the new delivery address near Prague, three days after scheduled delivery date the courier called from Southern Moravia. After yet another 4 days, another courier is trying to deliver the package to the original (wrong) address !!! Avoid FedEx wherever possible!

Unbelievably unprofessional. They know how to 'steal' money. Sent an express envelope with confidential documents from Czechia to Germany. Paid 100€ for next day delivery. The parcel was never delivered at the address instructed on the waybill. 5 days later tracking number confirmed that parcel was delivered at an address in the other side of Germany. I consulted telephonically with TNT. They said they have confirmation that the envelope was delivered. So I said it may be so but it is at the wrong person in the wrong hands. They claimed it is not possible. I was advised to put my complaint politely in writing to customer service Prague with proof off original delivery details i.e. a copy of the waybill. So I did this. To date I have had no response from TNT. They ignore me. In the end luckily the incorrect receiver (a supermarket) contacted the original receiver by telephone number indicated on the waybill, and the supermarket forwarded the envelope to the correct receiver. TNT has done nothing. It is impossible to have an impact on them - highly frustrating, if they want to ignore me they can clearly and what can I do about it - very disappointing to say the least. And it is not the first time I have had such experience with them. I am stupid to have used them again in good faith that mistakes can happen. But I was wrong to. If I had used normal Czech post I would have paid up to 10€ and it would have arrive within the 5-7 days without hassles. Boycott TNT.

It was my worst experience with the courier service ever! It was the first time I've ordered TNT and they've managed to lose my parcel immediately! They've delivered it to the wrong recipient, which happened to be a company that stole the parcel. TNT has never managed to retrieve the parcel. :( All the communication was slow, manager didn't even bother to reply to my email. Beware! Highly NOT recommended! When I told my FB followers and friends about this issue I've got several replies saying that they kind of knew TNT is unreliable, that they've had issues with them too :( I wish I knew it before ordering their service! :(
