What a great experience AND a good value! I highly recommend vyperTADY.We had been traveling for a week, with more travels ahead and bag full of dirty laundry. Our hotel wanted to charge a lot of money for each piece of clothing. I could have decided to spend an hour or two in the laundromat, but vyperTADY offered the perfect solution.They picked-up and dropped-off our laundry at the hotel, at the exact time they said they would. The price was fair, the clothes were all clean and neatly folded. My inquiry was quickly responded to. Every step of the communication (in English) was flawless and personable. We got to enjoy more of our travels.Thank you, vyperTADY !

Without a doubt the worst laundromat I've ever used. The guy opened the place about an hour late while muttering some fake apology about traffic. Inside, it was dirty. There was only one working dryer, and it doesn't work very well. It will dry your clothes, just not very well.Because the guy couldn't be bothered to open the place on time, because the washing machines each take an overly-long time to wash (90 minutes), and because I had to wait for others to use the one working dryer, I spent an entire morning doing just one load of laundry. They should do visitors a favor and shut this place down. That way, they'll go somewhere else and don't have to bother sinking a morning of their lives into this utter dump.

There're some similar posts here, but there it goes:1. The change machine does not work, and it is a real struggle to change notes for coins with neighboring merchants. The machines only accept CZK coins.2. The wash machine takes much more than the screen shows. The 40 minutes actually takes you 1.5 hours.3. There were 2 dry machines, but one was out of order. The only one that was working didn't dry the clothes properly even after 24 minutes.

Worst laundromat around. Machines don’t work. Change machine doesn’t work. Dryer doesn’t dry. Washing time takes double as long as it is indicated. English instructions are poor. Wasted so much money and time here just trying to dry and wash clothes. Just wash and try somewhere else.

As with all the other recent reviews, only one of the two driers was working. The coin machine wasn't working either. The washing machines take about 90 minutes on their quickest setting. If all features were working this would be a great laundromat, and if you are prepared with coins and patience it'll do the job.

We washed our clothes here around 3pm and it wasn't very busy. 2 washers were open and 1 dryer. One wash cycle took about an hour. We were able to get change from the change machine, the wifi was fast, the dryer dried our clothes sufficiently. We spent about 3 hours in total here. There is a nice mini market down the street if you want snacks while you wait.

I went to the laundry because of the good web reviews, but it was not clean with old coin operated machines. The coin change dispenser was not operational as well as pone of the two dryers. The vending machines were empty. The 10kg machines made loud noises like they were about to break down and the seal on one was damaged with other peoples socks jamed in the seal,very disappointing!

Wow I should’ve read the reviews before going here. Having the same issues. Coin machine ran out of coins so couldn’t dry my clothes. I had to scramble to other stores but they will not exchange coins for you. You’ll have to buy something from them. Wasted a good chunk my day going here.

The change machine was out of coins, no answer from the phone number attached. 2 dryers available, one not working. The working dryer failed to dry a half load of clothes on two full cycles.Unless you’re desperate for a wash, its worth trying elsewhere first.

Good and quick. There are 4 washing machines and 2 drying machines. Very easy to use. It costs 110KC for the wash and takes 36 minutes. Washing powders are available in another machine and costs 20KC.It takes only coins but there is a coin machine inside. There is also ATM outside.
