I wanted to open a bank account because I am an exchange student and needed it for scholarship. They made me fill in a request, so that they can evaluate if I am eligible for their conditions and they promised me to call the next day. They didn't call me, so 2 days later I went again and another bank employee refused to open an account because the minimum period for this service must be 1 year. Nobody informed me about it in the first place! I am very angry about how much of my time was wasted in vain.

Extrémne hrozna skúsenosť. Pobočka nonstop zatvorená, bankomaty na vklady sa nonstop presúvajú, aj keď nefungujú bankomaty na vklady a konečne sa dostanete do pobočky aj tak vám povedia ze tam si nevlozite pretože sú bezhotovostna pobočka čo chápem v prípade ze funkcie plnia bankomaty, na obdobie prerabania priestorov mohli obnoviť tieto služby. It's horrible, you have to ask yourself what do people here even do in the whole 5 hours that they're there, it's not helping customers.last week was the last drop.I have actual problems with my account that need solving, but noooo you wouldn't find help here.I'd suggest changing banks, it's simpler than having to TAKE TIME OFF YOUR JOB to be then told that THEY ARE FULL AND YOU CAN'T ENTER THE BUILDING.

The worst ČSOB branch that I have ever been in. Tried to open an account twice, first time they didn't even look at my documents, didn't answer the day they promised and I was rejected at the end, second time they asked me to wait almost a week with no information.Never had any problems with other branches, opened an account the very same day in another branch in 15 min.Update: they rejected my request the second time without any explanation (not to mention that I already opened an account in another branch). People in this branch clearly incompetent. Don't go there, you'll lose your time and nerves.

Člověk přijde, že potřebuje něco zrušit. Nejdřív mu domluví schůzku o týden později (kdo by chtěl dělat v pátek 20 minut před zavírací dobou že. Ale to se dá pochopit). A o týden později na domluvené schůzce nikdo, a telefon nedostupný. Příšerný ústav tohle!

Mala som dohodnutú schôdzku, všetko bolo na čas, všetko sa vyriešilo a personal bol veľmi príjemný. Určite 100% odporúčam sa objednať namiesto čakania pretože tam bolo skutočne dosť ľudí, ale zato banka nemôže.
