Hotel Romance

The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious with all amenities. The only reservation is that the doors would really deserve replacement. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The half board for 20 euros is an amazingly good deal as the breakfast is very impressive and dinner is two courses of luxurious and very tasty restaurant meals. Also the staff in the restaurant was very helpful and open to satisfy a couple of non-standard requests related to the fact that we have a small kid.

We stayed in the hotel over a holiday. The price was completely okay for two people in the middle of German Holiday. The rooms were cozy and the bathroom seemed newly renovated. The showers, especially the rain shower was really nice. The overall sleeping area was a bit small. We especially loved the bar/restaurant. The breakfast was impressive and definitely worth to book. It's a bit different then what we were used too. If you are vegetarian/vegan, keep in mind that the options are a bit limited.

Beautiful hotel to have a nice breakfast for only 15€ per person. You can have breakfast even though you are not a guest at their hotel. Nice view and in the city center. Changing table for baby.

Very friendly and super helpful staff! Brilliant hotel, room, location, service, meals, views and communication. I was offered a room upgrade which I took and it was an excellent decision a room with a view overlooking everything. Just beautiful!A two minute walk to the famous mineral fountains, gisa, river, churches, designer shops, cafes, restaurants and buses.Don’t forget to have a ‘pearl bath’ or a honey back massage!I just loved Hotel Romance so much I didn’t want to leave! 10/10!

Best kept secret cafe. Very cozy atmosphere with friendly staff. It’s older but it’s extremely clean and classy. The restaurant isn’t very busy when compared to the main road.

We had one night of stay at the Hotel Romance.-very well located in Karlovy Vary-tasty and large breakfast-but most importantly : great service from the moment we entered to the hotel till we left. The level of service mindset of the employees are world class. Even though nobody asked for it, I will name Mr. Lupos, Ms. Monia, Ms. Lilit and Mr. Micha.I can't recommend enough to award them by staying at Hotel Romance for their kindness, attention and readiness.

This was our second trip to Karlovy and I still love this hotel and staff. Monika was exceptionally helpful throughout our weekend. We asked a lot of questions around the various activities happening and buildings in the area. She was extremely gracious and answered everything. I hope that she will be there the next weekend we stay. Our room was a family apartment and that was perfect for what we needed. Parking was full in the regular area but they had a shuttle to a nearby parking garage and made that process very easy. The staff helped organize massages in the hotel for my family. Overall, another great weekend stay.

Nice place in Karlovy Vary, but economy rooms are too dark with no windows to outside, only to the shaft

The room was very beautiful and extremely clean. The whole staff, including the staff at the reception, the waiters and the masseuse, was very helpful and polite. They were all speaking very good english. Also, the breakfast buffet was very rich and there was a huge selection of food and beverages for every taste. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent. The quality and the taste of dishes was remarkable! Last but not least, the massage was very relaxing and the masseuse very friendly!
