We visited this Czech crystal factory on our 3-day trip to Prague. It took us around 6 hours to go there, visit the factory/shop and come back. It was totally worth it, and i would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Prague and having a taste for Czech crystal works.We booked an English tour which was awesome and we learned a lot about crystal manufacturing in there. The guide, Stan, was super friendly and we enjoyed our visit. The factory shop is fantastic as well with affordable price tags. I would totally recommend this place.

The tour was informative and very interesting. Ruckl provides beautiful glass pieces for so many large events and ceremonies. We had got to try the glass cutting and it was very fun and emphasizes the time and effort made by the glass blowers and cutter to produce a beautifully designed piece.

What a wonderful place to experience Bohemian glass being made by hand. This is one of the few factories that has kept the art of traditional glass making in the Czech Republic. We had the pleasure of touring the factory with our guide Stan. He was very knowledgeable a d made the tour a great experience. The cost of the tour as of 01/2020 is 120czk, this could be booked online. Stan told us if you give them ample time you can sign up for a more comprehensive tour in which you get to do your own piece of bohemian glass.Highly recommended tour.

Very informative tour! It was unique to see the business at work during the day. It’s clear the employees are invested and proud of what they do. Highly recommend the visit, despite the trains being infrequent.

I went with a group of 16 people for a tour.it was the best time spened and one of the highlights of the trip for the entire group.Don't hesitate on booking the experience were you can personalize your own glass.and leave room for the factory store, prices are so good!

Amazing experience, we tried making your own glass with the staff, which was very welcoming and nice - it was 20 euros for the experience (+5 for little talk and walk around the glass manufacture).The glasses there normally cost around 50-70 euros, so it is a good deal to make your own for 20 despite a bit lower quality. The original glass is beautiful to look at and see the process of making it.The staff is extremely nice and passionate about their job of glassmaking for 30+ years. Definitely recommend a short trip from Prague!

The guided tour is highly recommended! We saw many of the stages of glass work from blowing, marking up and cutting. Bonus stork in the grounds too, but it appears to be in captivity rather than free in the beautiful countryside... ?

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the factory, especially the part where they let us try blowing our own bauble. I wish they offered longer sessions where you get to make and take home your home bauble. The shop is great, we could have spent the whole day there.

This place is a must to visit. We have done so many times while visiting Czech Republic.With a tour we always visit the production, and the store. We always find the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. This year we not only found some neat souvenirs in the shop to take back home with us but we also tried some glass (design) engraving and edging our selves.Thank you to all the staff and Romanka (our tour guide) for a wonderful afternoon.
