HORRIBLE !!!Good ratings are given by the hotel staff ....The hotel does not pull on 3 * Quite !!! Everything is bad and the food and cleanliness of the rooms and the pool and bath (((Save on everything. BREAKFAST is monotonous and very very very scarce. There are no fruits, no baking, no vegetables !!! There are only already mixed fruits, and therefore leeward and stale fruits and vegetables . If something is over, you have to beg (((There is no ventilation in the pool and fitness. You can die from lack of oxygen. Nobody goes there. Lived for 7 days and never changed the bed set !!!!!! (( (every day the same menu. Not tasty at all !!! For the price of 140 € it's just awful !!!УЖАСНО!!! And finally, Bingo !!!!! When checking out they asked for money for the sauna pool, fitness, kofn at breakfast !!!!! Although the booking and upon arrival said that for free ...Хорошие оценки ставят сотрудники отеля....Отель Не тянет и на 3* Совсем!!! Плохо всё и питание и чистота номеров и бассейн и баня((( Экономят на всем. ЗАВТРАК однообразный и очень очень очень скудный. Фруктов нет, выпечки нет, овощей нет!!! Есть только уже перемешанные, а соответственно заветренные и несвежие фрукты и овощи. Если что то кончилось, то приходиться выпрашивать((( В бассейне и фитнесе нет вентиляции СОВСЕМ. Можно умереть от отсутствия кислорода. Никто туда и не ходит. Жили 7 дней и ни разу не поменяли постельный комплект!!!!!!((( каждый день одно и тоже меню. Совсем не вкусно!!! За стоимость 140€ просто ужасно!!! Ну и напоследок Бинго!!!!! При выезде попросили денег за сауну бассейн, фитнес, кофн на завтраке!!!!! Хотя на букинг и при заезде сказали что бесплатно...

A great place to relax.

Never been there before, receptionist didn't provide any info about booking wellness or showing us our room. There were more than few things, that didn't go well too. Second day receptionist was 5/5 fixed most of the things and overall Hotel and Wellness were fine.

Nice and classic building, great resraurant, however hotel rooms on the attic missing style and design. Very minimalistic bathroom outfit, could be better though

Horrible staff!I was going to book a wedding venue there for next year! We already agreed on date when I was told by p.Navratilova that she is too busy to send me a quote and I was advised to wait until October. When I emailed her in October and asked for the quote my emails were ignored. I then called a receptionist and was promised p. Navrátilová will return my call! Still waiting for her call! I asked for managers email so I can officially complain, of course I was ignored again! Also they make the worse Svíčková ever! Never again!

I've had the greatest time there.This place and especially the people working there deserve the success they meet. You will feel the family atmosphere but of course really professional.The manor is beautiful, the accomodations (spa, jacuzzi, pool..) and the offers are great, everything is perfect to get few days away from the city and relax. If you are not Czech, no worries you will feel great here also even if you only speak English.If you are visiting Prague, and want to experiment the Czech countryside and hospitality for one or two nights it's the place to go to!By the way, from Prague the public transportation is super easy and takes overall a little bit more than an hour but cost 10x less than a taxi so don't hesitate!Finally, special thank you to the super kind waiter and the chef at the restaurant that have made our experience excellent but for an affordable price.

Super hotel with great service. Amazing rooms and beautiful surroundings definitely will be back here again 5stars
