Great service, and the shop has a very nice atmosphere. It just makes you want to buy stuff there :DThey have very good coffees and the pumpkin spice cappuccino was amazing! (I know I know, but they have a special spice blend and it really was great!)

Response to owner: thanks for this gesture, I'd go with your advice what you like best but only single origins. I actually find that Monro sometimes would not roast enough but freshness is always great and you can see coffee before purchase. I remember 3-4 years ago getting something not very fresh from your place, may be just bad luck... Review: For me it is between 3-4. Once we had an issue when we came to the shop and bought pitcher as a present. Person didn't need it as he already had it so we came for return. They refused to return money saying well if you order online and pick it up we return money. But you just bought it without order so we can only exchange it. ?! I am also a bit confused with 2-3 times more expensive prices for coffee. I usually buy in Monro, quality is great and fresh. Once it was closed so we came here. I don't mind paying premium 20-30% for location and opening hours but prices are very confusing. I was buying coffee in Venice roastery way cheaper than here. And at least at mine Wega + Mazzer I couldn't appreciate that premium

Wide selection of coffee and tea. Very kind staff and they serve coffee as well. Basically you can try what you are buying. Recommend it

Great choice of coffee and coffee making devices. You can also ask for a cup of coffee there or to go. If you have your own cup with you and ask them to make coffee in your cup, you would have a small discount (10kč for cappuccino)

Excellent service. They are always ready to help you with finding the right coffee flavor you want. And, one thing I really like, instead of immediately switching to English, they at least let me attempt to speak Czech. Not sure about prices, since I don't go to other places. (This place is convenient for me.)
