Flixbus Stop Prague

We got tickets on the front row and FlixBus did not honor them. Furthermore, blocked it with the seatbelt. Since that was our allocated seat, we had to change seats a few times. I do not recommend FlixBus.

It's ok bus office. Small hidden in the corner next to the entrance.But bus was late and internet not working. Why they don't fix the internet in the bus? Usually never works!

Could not be more disappointed with this service ! We missed our bus because the original bus was delayed significantly. When we came back to the stop, the bus had left early! We tried to catch the next bus but the driver was adamant and rude to us and refused us to get on even though there were many open seats. Never use this company service, RegioJet is many times better.

The ride on 20th of July 2022 from Paris (Bercy) to Prague (Florenc) was cancelled due to engine failure. We waited 4 hours for the bus to be fixed and eventually Flixbus cancelled the ride, the bus took passengers back to Bercy Seine station. Flixbus company left us in the middle of the night to deal with the problems they created themselves. We have to book a hotel for one more day and luckily found a BlaBlaCar driver who delivered us to Prague. And now I'm fighting with the support to refund money for the tickets. Horrible experience, beware!

Cleanest Bus Station I've seen in the Europe, The negative thing, you can't find English language instructions about timing, buses, Platform numbers l.. Etc.Florenc is one station with metro B from Prague main station.

I have been in this station to travel from Florenc (Prague) to Cheb, at the border with Germany, I travelled through a Flixbus bus but you can find countless travel companies than can bring you almost to the other side of Europe without spending too much if you are willing to travel for some hours! The bus came and arrived on time. In this nice station, you can also find some fast food chains, if you need you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner here (ex. I went to a Burger King in front of the ticket desks to have some fried potatoes to eat and a light Mojito to drink). The place is rather clean and not too noisy or overcrowded. Five stars

Terrible drivers on the bus number 109 from Prague to Paris on 17 August. The bus was unclear, the toilet broken and impossible to use without water. Russian and Czech drivers talked in very impolite manner, demanding from me to pay for the booking seats. The worst drivers that I have ever met in my life.

Return trip was cancelled without informing me ( Dresden to Prague).I called them asking where is the bus? what is happening? please check. No reply just sorry we cannot do nothing.If you cannot do nothing so please close the company as it is not the first time with cancellations without informing in advance

I’m shocked to see so many bad reviews. Luckily our experience was very smooth, buses were on time (Wrocław to Prague and return), instructions were clear. Generally I can recommend it based on our good experience but with so many bad reviews unsure now. It’s worth your time and lack of hassle for the price alone.
