Went here for dinner. Service was terrible. Had to help ourselves to the menus as we got fed up of waiting. Goulash and Fajitas were good, but schnitzel and steak were below average. Steak also turned up 10 min after all the other food. Incorrect drinks and no replacement, and lots of tiny fruit flies buzzing around. Music and beer was ok.

After the slow start the service got good, food more then acceptable, the old Thai cat overseeing the proceedings granted the spot extra class. Quite recommendable!

Restaurant is Not recommended! Not clean, food is rather meh and the staff simply not care. Please Clean the outside restaurant too!!!

Amazing garlic soup with little cheese pieces and ham. Everything else we tried was great as well. We’ve been coming here regularly over the course of our stay - highly recommend.

Unfortunately I've eaten in their restaurant. Waiter asked for order 3 times (couldn't read from his own notes), we waited over 1,5 hours to get meals with wrong additives (salad with feta cheese had no cheese, beans with bacon were changed into raw potatoes) and one colleague had to wait for his order additional 10 minutes.

Food was amazing, I recommend the 1/2 roasted chicken after a long day out in the cold, you won't be disappointed.Staff was a bit disorganized and it took a while to get our order in, but the wait was worth it!

We came here just to escape from the rain and enjoy some time with coffee. Service was initially attentive and brought us fairly quickly menu. The problem came then with order that was a bit confused and instead of American we got something that rather looked as tea with a bit of coffee taste and krkonošské kyselo which had almost no taste.

This hotel is one of the most beautiful in area, their food is fabulous, rooms are so big and luxury! Wellness area is beautiful and clean. Staff was so very friendly (it is very rare in this time). We spent there couple of nights and we will be back definitely! We can recommend it to everyone who loves Czech mountains and comfortable hotel

It is kind of OK. Not planned for being full or fast. The service was neither fast neither slow. The food was good and fair in terms of portions. (Some friends did not liked but I enjoyed mine). Prices were acceptable. Came in the next day, and the white table had the same stains we made in the day before (visible as we were 5 for dinner)
