I love the vast range of everything you can possibly need. However the staff is being incredibly rude no matter when you come. They are not willing to help you without unpleasant look on their faces. It's not nice, otherwise, I would come more.

Good selection, but don't dare to ask any of these women a question. Extremely impatient and unhelpful, even when you try to speak Czech.

Watch your order carefully when you are being rung up. I was overcharged 130czk on one skein of yarn and they refused to fix the error. They also did not fix the sign.I selected yarn, Fortissima Color, that was clearly labeled at 251czk, but it rang up as 387czk. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the error until after I had paid. I was buying several items and didn't notice until I was leaving the store that my total was higher than it should have been. I immediately returned to the store to find out if I had misread the sign posted by the yarn I chose -- I had not misread the sign.The workers acknowledged that the price on the sign did not match the price in their computer, but they refused to refund me for the overcharge and they also refused to let me return the yarn -- even though I had paid less than 5 minutes prior and hadn't even left the mall yet. I was told I could come back on a Friday to speak with the person in charge, but unfortunately I had other plans that day. What is the point of posting prices if you aren't going to honor them? At the very least, they should have corrected the sign so that future customers were aware of the correct price.

I just came back from the shop. I was there at 8:45. The place seemed to be open but the door was locked. A couple of other people and I waited until the saleswoman came back at 8:54, just to unlock and inform us that the shop is closed. Please correct the opening Hours" in your website. This is the second time I've found the place closed before it's scheduled time."

Compared to my city, good pricing on merino and alpaca wools for knitters. Big selection of fibres including needles and accessories for knitting, crochet, embroidery and sewing. It’s a one stop shop. The one woman looking after the front of the store was friendly enough when I was there.
