Clean place, fast service and they also speak English. In general i like this chain but today they left the chicken out of my sandwich completely :D i didnt go back , mistakes can happen...

The Bageterie Boulrvard joint at Letna, great place to grab a breakfast before you go to work. Nice and kind staff will take care of you anytime. Definetely should try patatas!

I came in and made an order at Bageterie at Letenske Namesti. I asked the lady to change a sauce, if possible, very politely. I spoke in Czech language and did my best. The lady was very rude and looked at me in a very angry way. She was on duty on 18 of August 2022 around 17:50, a brunette around 40 years old. I never want to come back there due to the attitude she gave me. I work in collaborative environment and I would fire such people immediately because they ruin your business as customers will not want to ever come back.

Had the Tuesday daily caprese baguette menu. The white bread was fresh (crisp on outside, soft inside) with the right amount of tomato, basil, mozzarella filling. The wedges were well seasoned and deliciously hot, contrasting well with the cool mayonnaise sauce. The lime in the Ice tea cuts the fat from the meal in between bites. I had my reservations about BB because it looks like a fast food chain. But it turned out to be very satisfying. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food served.
