Express package was delayed to be picked up on the selected date of pickup (ordered and confirmed online to be picked up from home address).Customer communication was missing from customer services or courier to inform of the missed pickup.After the package was picked up the next day (after calling to the CS with a reminder that it's an Express package), I was later charged extra money for the next day pickup that was originally missed.Hence, I emailed Claims department to compensate for the extra charge of the pickup, but so far no reply from them for 1 month.

AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVIOD!!! BY ANY MEANS.Parcels NEVER arrives on time. 4 out of 4 parcels arrived DAYS later as they never had my address, how is that possible? 4 different suppliers, nobody gave them my address? Yeah sure.

The worst company i have ever cooperated with!! 1,9 stars in Google reviews, wow! Do tou know the reason? Let me tell you! Your drivers that comes to pick up the boxes must treat the clients like humans and not like animals!!! Train them! Plus this company lost my items, and must give me my money back that i am awaiting for, for the last 6 months, even if in the terms and conditions they say 2 months! They have so many cases open that they dont know what to do! Never ever taking this company again in my life! Plus my family plus me plus my friends plus anyone that asks me for a delivery company. I always share my experience with them!

Shame on UPSThis is the second package where delivery wasn't even attempted, they just leave the package to the contractor - access point. People are paying expensive for your service, please do what you are payed for

The worst delivery company. Avoid at all costs. Especially in CZ. There is no guarantee you will ever get your package no matter how expensive it is. If you are lucky, they will be able to resolve your address and even arrive randomly at your door. But, in most cases, they will not. They will never send you a message when you can expect your package, and you are lucky if the courier calls you 1 minute before the delivery. Often, you will sit at home at your door waiting for the courier, but they will just reschedule it to another day and then to another day. This service should be banned in the EU.

UPS Czech Republic. Disaster. Never again. First announced delivery of the package on Thursday, then changed to Friday in the evening, Sunday to Monday and now it's Tuesday and I'm waiting to see where they'll move it again. I'm not in a hurry for the package, but I'm waiting at home every day to catch the courier. I don't understand that someone can still choose this transport service now. Unfortunately for me, it was my eshop.And finally the best ...the package is sent between two locations in the SAME city. Unfortunately eshop does not support personal pickup.

They dont let know the people when the package will arrive.I was not at home and they lost the package. No possibility to transfer it to another location or deliver it on another day.It is almost year 2023 and they still cannot find the package in their system, based on my name. They need a number that they never sent and once I talked to the call center, they just didn't care. Worst service ever. Avoid it at all costs.

UPS Czech Republic is just tragic - they do not deliver as announced despite us waiting for the package at home (no call, no bell ring), they unexpectedly drop of the package to a shady shop with inconvenient opening times.No communication, no announcements.Despite several complaints to Amazon there was no change so this makes Amazon in CR unusable.The only capable people are on the phone line on the Brno depo which unfortunately never solved my issue, just let me know where my package is sitting.

Increíble Bad trest, totally not european Union style ,maybe 3. World level o less, i they are not bringing the packet at all to the direction , and to pick it up also they are very dificult . Catástrofe
