Best Hotel in Luhacovice. Rooms quite big and comfortable, however bed was bit too soft. Very nice swimming pool. French restaurant offers good food, bit pricey for Luhacovice a service could be faster.

It has a night club with nice spatious wooden dance floor.

I stopped by at the front desk to book spa treatment. There were two families checking in and I wasn’t sure if it made sense for me to wait for them all if the girl at the desk didn’t speak English. So, I waited for her to take a break and asked if she spoke English. At first, she ignored me. The second time, she replied with attitude: “I am helping MY customers”. Well, lady you could have had another customer, but now your business gets one star because you were rude and obnoxious.

Dlightely mixed up feelings as I would expect more from 4 stars. Small reception, good rooms with comfortable bed, wide selection for breakfast but extremely rude waiter.
