I went to iDirection with a jammed track pad. I work remotely so needless to say I was panicking quite a bit. I was told I would receive an email with a diagnoses of my computer by the end of the day. Unfortunately, their email went to my spam folder so I went to the store in person the next day. When I arrived, I was told that the email had informed me that I would need a $750 replacement keyboard/battery/trackpad. I was devastated, but when I opened up the computer and started playing around with the trackpad, it worked fine! Ultimately, their cleaning had solved the problem for a much more reasonable price of $70. So despite the miscommunication, the end result was just what I was hoping for and the staff were very friendly and spoke decent English. I would definitely recommend it.

I took my android for repairs because it wasn't charging well, tried different cables, yet the problem still persist. Sometimes, whenever I'm charging the phone, it stops charging then starts discharging while connected to power lol. it was frustrating, so I brought it and within 24 hours, it was fixed!

Creativity in solving a complicated issue highly appreciated, also very decent pricing. 5th missing star related to the length of the works.
