Unbelievably rude.I went there to take money from Western Union. Staff couldn’t understand English which is fine for me. But she put my name wrong and blamed my nationality.She kept insisting that I’m North Korean (Korea Democratic) and she said she can’t find Republic of Korea. I told her that she might put wrong name from the first place and wrote her down which one is first name and the last name but she just ignored.She kept saying something in Czech and started yelling at my face. 1 star is too much for your service.

Forget having a package delivered. Be sure to track your orders and pick them up yourself, or you'll find out that they've been stored and sent back the last month without you ever knowing.

If they ask you to fill in a form and come back to the same counter after that to continue with your stuff, do not do that. If you leave the counter, be ready to get a new token and wait again.

I can’t describe how bad customer service is here. It’s completely baffling that there will be five people standing behind the counter and only one person servicing customers at a rate of two every 30 minutes. What’s more is impossible to believe is that there’s an absolute lack of care staff have of your time. It took me 35 minutes of waiting to pick up an envelope easily could’ve been fit into my mailbox.

Significant improvements thanks to the boss who is standing at the entrance and orienting clients. Staff at the desk are still lacking enthusiasm to serve clients but probably thanks to the proximity of the boss they will finally improve
