From my own experience, even years ago- everyone with friendly faces, even can hear it from lady on the phone! Customer service done at the highest level and short time, simplebgoal -to see their client's happiness and be good at what they do! Great emotion to feel anytime when in contact. After work done, expect a warm and unexpected person to call and chcel if everything is o.k., great experience of my own. Thanks to them!

I am highly disappointed by the O2 service in Prague. They don't pick up the phone when you try to call to any store. I needed a simple information (customer service line couldn't help me with that) but I had to go from store to store to ask. I made perhaps 20 no-answer phone calls in 3 days to 5 different shops. I wrote 3 emails with no answer as well. Why they bother to state a phone number and email with the store description I will never know. Totally useless.

Took my money hostage (4000czk deposit for internet contract) and refusing to return it to me for already month and a half by blaming Czech Post office. Horrendous customer care who is good for nothing. Keep away by all means.

Try to avoid O2, especially from their O2 store in Praha 6 - Vitezne namesti.A simple defective TV setup box replacement required so far 4 visit and counting …more are probably still required.Each staff at this location (except the store manager) is totally incompetent and useless. Whatever they tell you or do, turns out to be incorrect. O2 customer support contacted me and brought up discrepancies on my account and suggested to go back to this store to sort it out. I fail understand why am I supposed to go there again and sort thing out for them.My advise to anyone reading this review is to think twice before using O2 TV service for anything.

I am totally disappointed with your order service. Modem rent was not added to order by sales manager. I have to go to o2 store to find it. It is terrible service and I claim compensation.
