At first I was duly skeptical, since I wasn't really familiarized with their transmission technology as I relied on phone lines for the most of my life. The selection of ISPs in my apartment was unfortunately quite poor and lacked a phone line connection, so there wasn't really any room for me to choose anything apart from Airwaynet. Nevertheless, I was surprised by the quality of connection they established. No fluctuations in speeds, symetrical downloads and uploads and great customer service (so far). The price is a tad bit high, but not devastating. All in all, a pretty good ISP.

We switched to Airwaynet when we moved into our new apartment. The alternative would have been a line with O2. The advertised speed of 200mbit up and down is definitely true for where we are living, getting speeds extremely close to our maximums and pretty stable.However the best point for us was the service and installation. The technicians spoke English and put in a lot of effort getting the installation done, as well as doing the required drilling through our thick walls. Even adding extra cabling was not a problem. Really happy we switched to them.

Awesome ISP. The installation was finished within two days after ordering and the service is working without any problems with great quality since. The only problem with malfunctioning antenna was resolved almost immediately after contacting their support.Update, I've been facing problems with the internet connection quality recently. I've contacted support and was told someone will reach out to me a week ago. Nothing happened since then.

Worst internet provider in czech republic. I called to complain about the internet quality (not speed) and the lady that answered my phone started to make fun of my czech pronunciation (i was trying to tell her street name) and even after she realized what street i am talking about, she kept repeating the correct pronunciation for 1 minute. You should be ashamed and give her the punish she deserve. I called on 28.02.2022 at 09:11

I tested it in Prague for my home office as an alternative to the VDSL from one of the big supplier that was only half the promised bandwidth. I was skeptical as believe wired is always better, but I was pleasantly surprised as it deliver what promised with low latency and reliable speed. Installation and service are prompt and english friendly. I will keep it and would definitely recommend!

Pretty dissapointing...I got a fleyer in my mailbox at home from airwaynet so i contacted them. Unfortunately their services are not avaiable where I live...Well in my opinion they shouldnt make advertisements in areas they dont serve...kinda strange...also they claim that they cover 98% of Prague...I live only a few steps a way from the city center and they dont offer it here?? I think this 98% is a lie.

I definitely recommend this company, not only for the amazing support in English but also for the Internet Speed/Connection. There is no Internet Provider in Prague that will install your internet so fast and so good. I definitely recommend this service especially for the expat community!Alex.

Highly recommended. The company has a great technical support, they are exceptionally flexible and helpful in case of obstacles during installation (in our case from one neighbor). The internet is stable with the promised speeds of download and upload.
