Bought Euros for Czk, the exchange rate was exactly as specified on their website. You can use VIP coupon from their website to get slightly better exchange rate. I was satisfied, at noon on Friday I was second in line.

The small exchange did not follow the rate on the electronic signboard but was based on the paper notice posted on the glass counter. At that time, the exchange rate on the electronic signboard was 1:23.4. When I exchanged 200 euros, the staff pointed to the notice on the counter glass indicating an exchange rate of 1:23, so they only gave me 4600 CZK.However, there was no such problem for amounts over 1000 euros, and the exchange rate was even better. I exchanged 1000 euros the previous week! At that time, the VIP rate was 1:23.4 (the regular rate was 1:23.2), and the staff exchanged 23400 CZK for me, which was indeed more favorable than other exchange offices.By the way, the VIP exchange is at the entrance on the left side when facing the main door.

As a frequent Prague tourist, this is the place to be when it comes to change your money (even better than the ATM's at the bank). The people who work here are friendly, the exchange rate are very good and no commission, so even with small amounts you get a great deal.

We made mistake to go to exchange the next door that give us the double rate comparing with this good exchange office.Please be careful to ask the rate and amount of money you will get, before exchanging or sign any thing.This is so bad experience for me in Prague that the bad and the good exchanges are close to each other. I feel that the bad one have not good intention to do something like this to cheat tourists.Please take care yourself!

The best exchange rate, so far ($100=CK 2230).Much better than my exchange in USA- CK2100. Convenient location, next to St.Nicholas Cathedral. The address somehow differs- looks more accurately as 2 Franz Kafka Square. Otherwise You end up at the bank,next door (though the Girls working there are cute and pleasant).

I came here after reading many positive reviews and I was not disappointed. They did have the best exchange rate from what I had been able to see in downtown Prague and also charged no commission at all.Very fast and reliable.No passport needed.

Best Rate ever.They even allow me to change euro to Polish Zloty without change CZK. That’s super service.

If you do not want to be scammed, I highly recommend this exchange place. Came here thanks to ‘Honest Guide’. They had the best exchange rates in Prague. We exchanged British pounds to CZK and the rate was £1 -> 26.65CZK. Other places would give us 18CZK up to 25.55CZK.
