Great concept of car sharing but the arrogant and rude attitude of HoppyGo employees ruins it. I rented a car directly from HoppyGo, the car had some technical issues from the very beginning, and instead of an apology, I was accused that I am looking for faults on the vehicle and my driving skills were doubt. Highly unprofessional!

great service- I can only recommend, if you need money from rent of your not used car or rent some cool car for the weekend.

Great idea, now time waste. 3 hours wasted for registration, choosing car, checking location etc to find out in 2 minutes that owner didn't approve request without any explanation. Only thing company advised to ask for more cars while I see here review that somebody tried 10 cars without luck. You can 1. add only available cars. 2 contact all owners around if the car is available. 3 at least provide reasons why car was refused. Instead the feeling is just nobody cares for actual rental and helping to leave the platform - privacy issues. You have to upload personal documents and there IS NO POSSIBILITY on website to remove them. Contacted support 3 days to find out today documents are still on their portal. Was so happy to find this service, whole concept is amazing, website is great, but actual realization is 0, massive time waste and very bad feeling in the end.

Do you live in Prague or are you here for a short visit and you need a car for couple of days or weeks? This is a great option! Service is smooth and very effective.

Disgusting ! They are manipulating the prices and the offer of the cars when you are logged on .I have booked one care , then they told me that the owner does not want to rent it anymore -not to me , in general , that I have to search another one . Guess , the offer was mostly with very expensive items and even the ones which I have followed , have an increased price with around 100kc. You can test it ! As guest vs as registered user

No returned deposit, no explanation and they charged my credit card without warning! Avoid them!

I have to absolutely agree with the other comments that hoppygo is on the side of the car owner. There was no mention of any defects in the ad. Then when I picked up the car in the evening, the owner listed all the defects. Among other things, that the air conditioning does not work (at the end of June at 25-30 degrees). However, I had to accept the car despite the defects because I needed the car the next day and would not have gotten a replacement so quickly. I informed Happygo customer service next day and wanted to return the car earlier and get my money back for the rest of the time. I was told by customer service that defects are to be expected with an old car. I should have explicitly selected the air conditioning in the filters. However, on a 2007 Peugeot 407, the air conditioning is standard equipment and a defect would have to be explicitly stated in my opinion. Also about the other defects the owner should have informed earlier, so that I could have selected still another car. Anyway, I will not get a refund and will never use hoppygo again. At least through this post other users know what they are getting into.

Great service, nice User Experience, excellent price/performance ratio. I rented a Skoda Enyaq electric car for a week directly from HoppyGo and got an excellent price thanks to a longer rental. Everything was faultless and they were very responsive and accommodating even when I needed to change time of pick up and return of the car repeatedly. I definitely recommend it.
