I’m not gonna lie, this place was great. I’ve seen the amount of 1* reviews it has and i really can’t understand it. Obviously being robbed is terrible, but we experienced nothing of the sort.Me and the boys went on tour here (18~ of us) across 4 rooms. 3/4 rooms had really comfortable beds, ample space and all rooms are behind 2 doors and locks. Only downside was that the shower and toilet cubicles didn’t have locks. Bit of a strange design choice and led to a few awkward situations but it was lovely. 2 of the 4 rooms we had, had really warm showers and it was great.Overall, i recommend if you’re in a big group and our experience was great. Showers and toilets could really do with simple sliding bolt locks that are only £1-2 each.Top floor also overlooks the Viktoria Žizkov football stadium.

There were no bedbugs! The room we were in seemed renovated and the beds are very comfortable. We were not robbed and there are some locks in the toilets, all except 1. Another toilet has a big window by it, so good luck doing your business while looking down at the patio. But the overall experience was pretty good. The only thing was that they don't put the amount of the deposit neither in the system nor the payment paper they give you. Make sure to ask the receptionist to add a not on your paper about the deposit, if not, they might charge you more.

We had some trouble with late check in and had to wait for 30mins to get a response from the manager. But once she responded she was very helpful and we settled quickly into our room. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean, the hostel was loud up until 1 am for most nights but nothing out of the ordinary from what you should expect of a youth hostel. Shared bathroom and showers clean.A short walk from the city center and the train station so great position. A bunch of nice cafes for breakfast all around the hostel which were nice int he morning. Also there is a big park about 5mins away where we witnessed a beautiful sunset.Overall had a great stay

Hello everyone, don't believe the pictures on the internet. A very cold welcome. They have rooms like a prison. We found Bedbugs the first night. I'm still itchy all over. We left on the second day. People act very cold. I will never come to this country again. Especially this hotel should even be closed. I made a complaint. Good day to everyone.

We stayed for one night and couldn’t even rest eyes for a minute. Swarms of bed bugs in the room. Left the apartment in the middle of the night. Reception isn’t answering our calls and refund requests. I hope we didn’t bring anything back home.

This was by far the worst hostel I have been to. The walls are paper thin, the bathroom is not seperated by a wall or a door from the rest of the house, all night long you hear each and every other person in the house.Even though the girl that welcomed us was very nice, she could not make up for the bad stay.Be aware, you will hear every word in the neighbouring rooms as if the people were standing right next to us. Arrivals, people leaving, part-goers make this pension an experience I never want to repeat.Alone the localisation right behind the main train station is good. Still, I prefer a good nights sleep and a little longer walk.I highly recommend, if you want to discover Prag and have some energy for this, to find another place to stay.

ROBBERY OF OUR DOCUMENTATION AND VALUED OBJECTS INSIDE OUR OWN CLOSED WITH KEY ROOM. DON'T GO!We have been stolen during our stay in your hostel, while we were staying in a private theoretically locked with a key- thereupon, we haven been stolen by the staff itself, someone with access to the rooms! They have stolen us our two passports, a Kindle reader and some headphones. They are valued objects, but enough small or secondary not to notice their absence at a first glance. Of course: for now, no answer from the place. We will report it to the authorities.In addition, the place is dirty, noisy and has little to do with the photos shown in Booking.

Terrible place, very unsafe. When we checked in we were only given one set of keys for the 5 of us and the receptionist insisted there was only one set of keys. We stayed on the 4th floor where there was no lift and three shared showers and 3 shared toilets of which only two could be locked. there was one roll of toilet paper on the whole top floor. The first evening after we left the apartment we returned to find someone had let themselves into our room and had stolen a bunch of stuff. Clearly they lost a set of keys and someone is letting themselves into peoples rooms to take things. We ended up having to spend the next day in the police station registering my stolen passport and stolen wallets - and the police even said this has happened before. The hostel itself is not secure with men waiting out the front for you to leave so they can walk through the front door without using the code pad. The hostel staff were also worse than unhelpful, not offering any compensation past moving us to a new room. We specifically chose this host as they had non-bunk bed rooms but ended up in one. Avoid like the plague if you want to leave Prague with all your possessions.
