Very happy with the service of Katmar!I live in the Netherlands and I was looking for a specific frame/fork combo I couldn’t find anywhere else but here.Ordering from another country felt a bit uncomfortable, but a friend (who coincidentally happened to be in Prague at that time), went by the shop and confirmed the shop is real, so I decided to place my order.It took about 5 days before everything arrived at my door here in Holland, and everything was in good condition.Only point of criticism; the forks I ordered with the frame, didn’t include a (compression) topbolt, so it looks like I need to make a separate order for this. This IS mentioned on the product page, which apparently I overlooked.Obviously MY mistake, but while emailing my questions, this could have been addressed by the person on the other end.Nonetheless, I can only blame myself for this..One more thing I’d like to add, perhaps for my own future purchases, or other potential international customers; it would make quite a difference if payment options would be expanded.At this point, the only way to make a payment (for international orders) is via bank transfer, but I think adding the option to pay with a creditcard, PayPal, Apple or Google, would give customers a more secure feeling.To anyone who might be wondering; Yes, this IS a legitimate business! The people I had been in contact with were friendly and very helpful.Thank you Katmar! :)

Great international experience! I am from Australia and this is one of the only places I could find that sticked the Afton shoes I wanted. Emailing was easy, fast and my shoes were delivered to me within 3 weeks from initial contact! Thanks so much! (Pic of old shoes vs brand newies!)
