The shop was very courteous and friendly. Are used the business service table which was reserved for companies. DOMINIKA which was servicing me did everything in her means to satisfy the requirements If you need something to be expedited with speed.

I've never in my life received that impolite treatment.I went to the shop because I had payed for my data and it was not working. They were completely rude all the time putting bad faces, first they told me it was because I ended my data, when it was impossible because even tho I recharged it I never received my new data. After a while, they told me it was fixed, without saying sorry for the mistake nor nothing. I left and I received a message saying that I recharged only 45 crowns, but I had payed 300 crowns, so I went back to ask in case it was some mistake, I was being so polite all the time just wanted information. One of the guys there started putting weird faces in front of me with his colleges and talking to me so rude and impolite, not even allowing me to speak. Then he started saying that they don't speak english there so he couldn't speak with me because he doesn't speak english, when he was speaking english with me all the time before and also another time I visited this shop to buy the sim card. So sad to see how in 2023 racist problems still exist in this shop, someone should take action on this behavior.

Was deceived by manager:- he said the price for one sim-card is 300 czk, but there is a promotion 2 cards for price of 1"

Bought a 5gb monthly sim card. At some point I forgot the original pin code that came with the card, and the card was gone as well.I came to this specific store to get them to unlock my phone (as it's not usable without the card; you must input it every single time you restart the phone). These people told me that there was ABSOLUTELY nothing they could do - the manager confirmed it. I had to BUY a new one.I went down the road - literally just down the road - to another O2 shop. They unlocked my phone and gave me a new pin within 10 minutes.This store WILL. TRY. TO. SCAM. YOU.EDIT: A response to the Owners' responseI'd recommend to all to ignore their response below, as it is nothing more than an effort in damage control.I went to the store on two occasions, I talked with with a regular employee AND a manager - I was told that if I did not have the original pin, there was ABSOLUTELY nothing I could do. They did not offer me any alternatives other than to drop another 50 Euros for a new package.The Owner Response is full of lies.

Went to get a tourist sim today. Lady in the shop was great and her service was impeccable. Forgot to get her name but went around 1pm today.

Friendly guy who helped me. He spoke English well, helped me fast and made it easy for me to get me Esim installed.I was the only one inside, so I guess I was also a bit lucky, as he was the only representative available. Otherwise you could wait for a while, obviously.

Staff was understanding English. Able to help us out. Tried but you could feel they are board of their job.

Waited forever without being serviced. Only person in store is occupied talking to her webcam without even greeting us.

A scam company with their fees and missing payments for home internet service! I had several additional bills from them for service I had already paid. It's impossible to get customer service help with these more challenging situations. Not worth it. Had a great experience with T-Mobile for cell service.
