Good experiance with the all team and surprisingly if you are not an native check speeker you can discuss about your car issues in English.

Absolutely the most horrible service department. Have had my Audi brought there multiple times and each time they took over a month for simple repairs. Completely uncoordinated and unreliable. They also give you one price point and then hit you with a higher one at the end (three times for me). Avoid this place for service like the plague. If you speak English they wont understand. Just try calling them and you’ll see :)

Absolutelly terrible!!!! The worst car service i ever visited. Made an appointment for changing tyres and cleaning air conditioning that should last max 1 hour. Came here nobody new about it.

I brought my newly purchased car here for service. The entire process was smooth. I made an appointment easily via email. Once there I was immediately greeted and the person who helped me spoke English. The service was completed in a few hours and everything was explained to me. I highly recommend it.

Do not attempt to contact if you are a none Czech speaker. Rang and explained in broken Czech I would rather speak English and they hung up on me. Twice.

Its one of those places that you hate to have to go to...like the dentist, for example. Mainly because of the rude and arrogant and totally unhelpful people who work there. I'm sure my lack of Czech fluency and their discomfort speaking English is partly to blame, but even with a language barrier, there are certain basic customer service protocols that seem to be missing here. Bought a slightly used Scala with missing mirror link despite being part of the deal (some hiccups with Skoda software). The dealer promised me to get it installed immediately after being available. 2 years and 20 calls later, all turned out to be only empty promises. I've even brought the car to the service and I was promised to have that installed by the time I arrive. They forgot"."

My friend has a problem with her Sharan.Although we came just before closing time on Friday, the technician still looked over it. They actually managed to solve the problem within 2 business days, which technicians from Volkswagen in Germany had been tinkering with for 3 years and never really found the cause! I was very impressed by the professionalism and speed with which the Czech technicians solved the problem. And to top it all off, the whole thing only cost about 500 euros. In Germany, it has already cost my girlfriend 3000 euros, without the technicians had solved her problem!In my case I can say:1. fast professional work2. honest analysis3. very fair priceWhat more can you want?

This agency is absolutely not meeting any of the minimum requirement for an Audi dealer. I don’t even imagine how they could manage Lamborghini or Bentley… I brought my new Audi for the first service and a warranty issue with the software. After two days I called just to have an information about progress as they did not have me a replacement car and I could not go to work. The receptionist was really rude to me and I could not get any information, I needed to ask for help to a colleague to be able to communicate as they didn’t answer my phone calls, and finally, they brought back my car at home instead of giving me the replacement car as agreed… at the end I still have the problem with the software, the car was without windshield washer fluid, before and after being there 4 days for service and, I hope they changed the oil… never again…

Went for diagnostics because if a broken oil sensor. They identified and fixed the issue on the same day. The problem is that I was forced to pay (2000CZK) for a noncritical repair that I didn't ask for. I'm sure that me not being able to speak much Czech contributed to the confusion but I would have appreciated to be called before performing a costly repair.
