A true diamond among gems, a lovely boutique in the very heart of Prague on the corner of the Old Town Square. I have had the pleasure to get acquainted with both the jewellery and the people at Cartier. And I say, the jewels are not just rare metals and gems but they are pieces of art. When you wear a Cartier, you wear a piece of art. And the people are amazingly friendly and helpful. Every visit to the Prague Cartier boutique is a delight. Thank you!

Loved the experience here. The doorman was super friendly, I wanted to check out their tiger collection. Wonderful staff. Highly recommended for a premium experience.

Such a poor customer service, especially at the door where the doorman make fun of you in Czech when he thinks you don't understand. Then you wait to get in because there is a limited number of customers allowed at the same time which could be good but when you get inside no more than 5 people/couples at the same matching the staff inside nobody talks to you for 5 min and finally when the woman came in to show us wedding ring, she could not be bother to try find our right size.We went to Tiffany next door and we bought our rings there because we were treated correctly.Do not recommend Cartier in Prague!

Everything is perfect, but you only discover how good the company is if you claim additional service. I have claimed warranty 3 times on one particular product. I was succesful so far, but can not say happy 100% with Cartier in general. They accepted the claim and exchanged for new product in the end. Took 3 years(!) though.

Very bad service, especially rude doorman, who eventually refused to tell his name and arrogant saleswoman Tatiana with her absolutely stupid and inappropriate comments. Never expected such quality of service from Cartier. Awful.
