Lessons were absolutely dissapointing. I took a 3-month French course for A2 and the teacher just followed the Texbook with no creativity and provide no explanations.We started 10 people and ended up with 2 people attending the lessons.The courses are overpriced for what they indeed offer (just for the fact they are the French Institute in Prague). I'll not recommend to anyone.

For anyone who is passionate about French culture or would like to find out more about it - this place is a must-go. Apart from the language classes it holds art exhibitions, film festivals (not just French!). Their library on the first floor offers a good selection of literature and magazines in French. And - their bistro is also worth visiting. Nice food and very fair prices!

I've been here like twice. It's a nice little place. They have a library with french books and a cute little cinema where they play french movies. It's a bit small in size, but I like it.

I used to be a big fan of this place when I enrolled as a student back in 2014. However, when I came back a few years later, I can tell that the quality went down - the teacher wasn't interested in the class, just surviving" and despite the entire class's complaints

Absolutly absurd. Our school had reserved 100 places, organization took 3 weeks and at the day of the projection, 2 hours, they called that their projection guy is sick, even though they knew it for a day. I mean so much people and time and there is noone else who is capable of putting a movie on?

I love this place, because I participate on the french lessons. The education depends on the member as well as teacher, but I was happy here all the time. The methods are modern. I dislike the aircondition, because there is not any dut to historical location of building. Toilets are clean, library guite big and restaurant may offer a peacefull atmosphere.

The FIP seems to be closed during the summer. However, the small book shop and coffee shop were open.
