Ordered products online for click and collect with promise to be available for pick up within 24 hours. 7 days later the products are not available and the sales persons do not care at all. Not recommended store.

Ordered a swing. The quality was awful: rusty inside and parts didn't fit because one tubes was spoilt. I called and wrote several times to return it and the customers service specialist recommended me to return it on my own, even though I have spent around a thousand for its delivery. On the phone I was promised to have it arranged quickly by the reclamation specialist and and no news still.My birthday present is spoilt. It is very difficult to reach them on their customer line. An awful shop, awful service and I don't recommend it to anyone

Excellent shop for gardening, barbecue and smoking, swimming pool equipment, tools and animali food. They also have a small, but very interesting, wine section, normally with excellent special offers (you need a free loyalty card to get the diacounts). Recommended
