So ridiculous company, I can't believe. Never ever I will buy anything from them again and will make sure everyone I know will know about ultimate poor quality they sell. My washing machine stopped functioning after 2 years of occasional usage (and they advertise 20 years of active usage!) and their service hasn't come to me yet and I raised this 4 weeks ago!

Horrible. Our washing machine and dryer got broken at once. On the washing machine the door gasket was broken and from the dryer water was leaking.We were waiting for 3 weeks for any reaction from Miele after reporting our problem. After reminder the service guy came and after he left, from the dryer water was not leaking any more. It was not working at all and reporting a failure which did not report before the service guy was fixing" it.The Miele service is working only from 9am to 4pm so you have to take a one day holiday from work. Or two days or more when they instead of fixing just destroy your dryer and must come again.I called the service today and they promise to call me and agree on time the service guy will come again. They did not. I promised them to write a review and I keep my promises instead of them."

Tady je to dokonalost,nemam jednu jedinou výtku. Resila jsem zde kompletní vybavení kuchyně,pračku a sušičku a ještě pár drobností a ta empatie ke klientovi je úžasná. Vse v klidu zodpoví,ukážou, řeknou informace a kdyz si klasicky jako já na otázky k produktu vzpomenete až doma,stačí jim napsat a nebo zavolat a vse radi zodpoví. Myslím,ze jiné showroomy by se sem měli jezdit učit ohledně komunikace s klienty. Za me klobouk dolu,chválím všechny na showroomu ,hlavne pana Čekala a tleskám manažerům,jak dotáhli showroom k dokonalosti.Takze za me plných 5* a kdybych mohla,dam i vice.A co se týče spotřebičů,dokonalost.

so far not good, have emailed 2x and have called their store in P8, and nobody returns emails, and nobody likes to reply to the phone ; ( strange.
