We spent 3 days in KV. Food is so so in the city. Nth special even in the top hotels. Promenade is an exception. Prof level food, it could be transferred to any city. Highly recommended. Their local wines are.worth trying.

We were really impressed by the quality of the food. The foie grass, sea bass with pumpkin risotto & roasted duck were really impressive. The quality-cost was good (30€/person) with beer. A place to go when visiting Karlovy Vary!

Definitely one of the best restaurants in Karlovy vary. Dishes are extremely delicious! Compared to Michelin restaurants! Service is amazing! There are not children meals so the chef has prepared specifically for my daughter what she loves!Very recommended!

The best place in Karlovy Vary for fine dining was very pleased by the service , everything was exceptional, the atmosphere, the view the music . Waiters are so kind . If you are looking for a romantic calm place then don’t miss it .

Went for lunch, had the roast duck and it was delicious. The waiters were friendly and attentive and the place is nicely decorated with relaxing music.

They won't let you order food after 22hs, despite their website states that the restaurant is open until 23hs!! I guess your business is luckily doing so well that you don't have to care about customers.

Really loved the atmosphere and food here. Asparagus soup had a creamy aftertaste with notes of fresh milk. All dishes were lovely and served with care. Good wine recommendations from server. I liked attention to details and good service.

I was visiting Ayer Karlovy Vary (Termas de Carlos) in Czech Republic. A Small city known wellness treatment and hot Springs. I decided to eat in Restaurant Promenada. It is a good place, with a relaxing environment to eat ( background music was also good). Meals with good presentation and the attention of waiters also good.Reason I give just 2 stars is because after paying and leave the city I noticed they charged us twice beverages on the bill (see the picture....more than 20 additional €), so pls. If you decide to go, when receiving the bill, always check it to not receive surprise.

Promenada is just a perfect place for a great lunch in Karlovy Vari. Super professional staff, very friendly and discreet service. Food is just extraordinary. Crepes Suzette made at the table - beyond all expectations. Don´t miss it!
