I found the technical defects that the venetian blinds in dormitory 210 are stuck in the horizontal position that lets light into the room, & it is impossible to turn them into the vertical position that blocks the light out; please either fix or replace these blinds; as well as that the plug sockets in dormitory 210 are loose from the wall, & one of them stopped working while my phone was plugged into it. Please get these defects fixed as promptly as possible as they affect guest safety.So, why do I keep coming back here? Because at £10 a night even at 10pm on the day, this place is so cheap that it reminds me of the days when accommodation was not an expense significant enough as to restrict one's travel plans. I basically use it as a fourpenny coffin. Plus, they have the best wifi of any hostel I've stayed in, and the location, while far enough from the city centre to put of even the hardiest of stag nights, is super convenient for intercity trains to the east of the country, which all stop just around the corner.

Worst hostel I've ever seen

it was alright, we disnt have any roomies foe the first night which was nice. The beds are uncomfortable, but survivable. You can feel the sorings in the bed.The wifi was okay.Theres no lockers for your stuff, which is annoying.

The staff of the motel doesn't speak English so it is very hard to communicate. We had a unpleasant situation that our reservation was canceled buy the manager just 9 hours before our arrival due to the problem with the credit card validation. Previously I did send a mail asking if it was possible to pay on the spot and got a positive answer that it was possible. Somehow we resolved the problem when we arrived. In general don't expect much, you will get a clean room and hot shower.

The reception manager Miroslava is very professional and nice.This place has the best parking facility in all city of Prague imho. You need to stay short or long term in this city with a car - study this place as the option.

The tram is only a two-minute walk away, making it convenient to get around.However, there are some cons that should be mentioned. While these can be overlooked, it is essential to consider them when making a decision:Communication with the staff may be challenging as they do not speak English fluently, but they are helpful and get the job done.Unfortunately, there are no lockers to keep your valuables, and you will need to leave them with the staff at the office when heading out.There are no door mats, which may be inconvenient for some.The sheets are changed once every 4-5 days, and it is unclear if they change them when the person leaves, as advertised.There are no charging points available in the room.In conclusion, this hotel/dormitory-style accommodation offers a budget-friendly stay with the convenience of tram connectivity. However, it is important to note the limitations, such as the lack of lockers and door mats, infrequent sheet changes, and the absence of charging points.

It's a hostel for builders living here temporarily for a job. It's cheap and relatively close to the metro so it's not utterly bad but not a pleasant place to stay either. Bathrooms are kinda dirty. Bring your own toilet paper, you get one roll per room when you check in but each additional roll costs 10 KČ.

The personal don't speak English... It's forbidden to smoke inside, but no one gives a damn and they do it anyway. The linen is really old, stained and don't look clean at all. Walls are really thin, so you won't be able to sleep if there's someone snoring nextdoor. There are no tools, cutlery, tableware, pots, pans, NOTHING in the kitchen, so you won't be able to cook. I don't recommend it at all.

We stayed as a couple in a two bed room that's equipped with two tables, one closet and two night lamps. Towels and toilet paper are included. The fridge as well as the toilet and the shower are shared only with one other room next to ours so it's practically private unlike some hostels where you have to go across the hall to reach these facilities. Everything in the room was new, very nice, clean and highly functional with extraordinary comfortable beds and large windows so there’s a lot of light in the room. Also the rooms get cleaned every day unless you don’t want it. There was a shared kitchen with an electric cattle and a microwave on our floor but without any dishes and cutlery. The hostel is right next to the tram stop and you literally can't miss it and with the tram no 8 you can get to the town centre in about 20 minutes. We’ve been to Prague many times and if you’re a couple on a budget this hostel is way better than equally or less equipped hostels in the city centre but unlike them it won’t cost you a small fortune! The other guests are mainly workers who live there and the ones we interacted with were very nice. Don’t trust the comments of the guest that can’t read the hostel description and expect something different than described, on the contrary, this hostel was even better than advertised and if you want something in the strict centre do all of us travelers a favor and don’t choose this one and then complain later that it’s too far away. Also our receptionist spoke English very well. All in all, we had a great stay and we will definitely choose this hostel again!

I am very disappointed with this hotel. I have reserved a room for two people for my mom. When she arrived in the hotel, the employee on the reception took from her money as for the double room, but put her to sleep in the room with 3 other people. So because she did not speak language good, they tricked her. Took money for more expensive room and put her to sleep in the cheapest one.My mom contacted the reception afterwards again and after some discussion they agreed to return the difference. It was expected that the quality of the hotel is not very high, but you can not trick people regardless of the price range in which you are working.Apart of that it is the only hotel, I have ever seen where you can not leave your bag before the check-in. My mom asked to leave her backpack on the reception and they refused. In general she had bad experience. NOT RECOMMENDED!
