Nejlepší a nejoblíbenější obchod, ve kterém pravidelně nakupuji již několik let. Mužů doporučit! Skvělá čerstvě pražená káva Guatemala a Columbia. Také občas přidám k nákupu vzácnou hořkou čokoládu s olivovým olejem.

I recently ordered the coffee from GourmetKava with high hopes of enjoying a freshly roasted cup of coffee, as they claimed to have their coffee roasted within a week on the website. However, my experience left me feeling quite disappointed. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that the coffee was already six weeks old, a stark contrast to the freshness promised by the roastery. Disappointed, I asked my husband to reach out to the shop to express my concern, hoping for an apology or an explanation. Unfortunately, the owner's response was far from satisfactory. It was dismissive and uncaring. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, the owner even mentioned that the coffee package was a leftover from a previous event in Slovakia. He also mentioned arrogantly, he had more than thousands of customers so our feedback is rather nothing to them.It was disheartening to learn that they knowingly sold old coffee at full price, without any regard for the quality they promised or the trust of their customers. I believe it is crucial for them to recognize the impact of their deceptive claims and the disregard they have shown towards their customers’ trust.In an industry where freshness and quality are paramount, this experience was truly disconcerting. I believe that a reputable coffee shop should take responsibility for their product and prioritize customer satisfaction. Sadly, GourmetKava fell short in both regards. Unless, GourmetKava takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that their customers receive the high-quality coffee they expect and deserve, I cannot recommend it for those seeking a truly fresh and enjoyable coffee experience.Regards,Stephanie
