We went today to KFC čakovice Praha 9 branch and asked to give me menu which I was taking from many KFC branches but KFC branch Čakovice Praha 9 they said they can not give that one. Their talk of behaviour not good and food as well was not in a good quality. I will not go there next time and don’t recommend that branch of KFC.

Worst KFC ever in entire world. They manage to forget half of the order, while I was waiting for 2nd half first one got cold. I was taking food to go, usually would use kfc-drive, but to optimize I went inside, instead lost time and got cold food, and on top inside they don't have big cups, they just give you small ones, thou I asked for drinks to go. Never again to this one.

The staff here are slow, constantly talking to each other and people then wait half an hour for their order, the knowledge of English was very poor in the case of the lady I ordered from.

Newly opened KFC in Čakovice. The interior is nice and clean. Toilets are also very clean. The drive thru experience is smooth. However, when i tried to eat at the restaurant (dine in), I realised that waiting time is much longer. It seemed like their priority is the drive-thru customers. Altough, I was the first in the line, they kept fulfilling the drive thru customers’ orders. Even a customer who came after me got his order before I did. When I complained, the lady (employee) got frustrated and told me that cars don’t have any place to wait so they have to first work on those (which is not true because previously they made me wait in a parking lot when they were getting my order ready). Then she told me that they were waiting for the fries. I suppose none of the drive-thru orders contained fries and they got fulfulled super fast?!Anyway, instead of getting frustrated the employees must be more understanding and ready to take feedbacks from the customers. It’s not hard to say “I’m sorry for the delay, you are right, next time we will make sure that your order will get prepared faster”.So if you are interested in dine-in, you may try the other restaurant called BURGER KING right opposite. They seem that they care more about the customers who want to have a nice meal at the place.
