Love this place and buy coffee beans all the time. They have a great selection including decaf. If you need it is possible to grind beans right away.The staff is very nice and helpful.

They work on a customer loyalty schemes; you have only few choices for your desired goods but certain quality standard is guaranteed. Reward points ensure heavy discount for the next purchase. They sell coffee products and machines, kitchen goods, home accessories and fashion for people who don't want to deviate from the common trends, ideal for a middle-aged, family-oriented people with reasonable budget constraints that focus on long-lasting products and don't want to be a trendsetter. Overall, cozy and comfortable place, ideal for quiet introverts. Staff always gives full attention, however, knows when to give privacy; that indicates socially sensitive and experienced people. Go there if you don't like noisy and colorful places.

Overall, always good experience. Few days ago, probably because of the festive shopping days, I waited too long in queue, after I paid my kilo of coffee and order3d one to go, i was asked to wait in line again on the other counter and tell them i paid my to go, but order it when my turn comes. It took 10 min. This has never happened before. Maybe it was a personal decision of the employee, maybe not. This is my only note.
