This organisation is a joke. Do not use under any circumstances. Technical failures at least once a month. Support only between 9 and 5. Lazy, unresponsive technicians. The lady who answers the phone on the calls is super nice so I feel for her having to work for such a dreadful company. I was offered a refund for few days outage but boss of firm of would apparently need to approve it but did not. On every level poor - please just avoid.

Very good experience. The connection is stable and they upgraded their tariff now I have faster connection with less money.

The connectivity is as reliable as weather. You can't really rely on this if you work from home. Too often it does not work.

It took them only 2 years to understand, that they have sat 150 mbit limit not for the user, but for the whole building. Dislike.

We had sooooooo many issues! From service being cut-off to hiccup connection, from payments mistakenly not proceed (with subsequent service cut off) to issues after 5pm where they is no support. I have seen farm stables run better

NOT RECOMMENDEDThey asked me to pay fee for a router that they took from me year ago... so they didnt even notice that they took it from me, they cannot find emails that I sent them. The most disorganized company I've ever dealt with
