Absolutely unfriendly staff, dirty and old cups. I ordered ginger tea and I had neither honey&lemon nor napkin.

The coffee and service are at the usual Costa levels. But it is in the middle of the shopping mall hall with people walking all around you which is not my favourite setup.

Very nice place, unfortunately it's located in the middle of corridor BUT we find nice place to sit, drink great tea and even fed our baby :)awesome teas - and really nice stuff- it wasn't a problem for them to add more water to my tea !

Extremely slow service with not clear priorities. There is a line of people waiting, 2 people serving and instead of taking care of the line one would organize dishes
