I ordered bunch of Pione roses in box and replied to their SMS do not mix with other flowers. At the end I got bunch of mixed flowers. See how they saving instead of putting proper sponge and plastic containers just simply putting flowers into bag. I suggest do not order nothing from this company. In E-shop I see in the offer only one type of flowers and not mix even in description is nothing mentioned about any kind of mix. I picked it and asked to wrap and haven`t said anything else. I'm not a florist to catch the difference at the first blick.

I found Prefere Fleur on Instagram when wanted to order flowers for my best friends. I live abroad and wanted to receive quick and quality service through what’s up because I am not familiar with Prague addresses and didn’t want to messed up.They went above and beyond and did such an amazing job. My friend was thrilled when she received the flowers. Thank you ! 10/10 recommend

I ordered a flower box for my friend living in Prague as a birthday surprise. There was an issue with the card payment not working and the staff there were amazing in handling everything and ensuring my friend got the flowers on her birthday. I need to mention this was an international payment, so I'm thinking that was the issue why I could not make it directly. Also the fact that the card with my message was hand written (and it was in Romanian) was a great surprise. I would 100% recommend them. Not only they have amazing flowers, they have amazing service set to help the customers get what they want. Good job girls. Keep it up!
