PGA National Czech Republic Oaks Prague

Was visiting Prague so thought I’d stop by for 18 holes. Very nice course, views over the city, amazing club house building and super friendly staff and management. Overall a great experience. Hire clubs were very good too. It was Saturday but wasn’t too busy. If you’re in Prague and play a bit of golf I’d check this course out. I got an Uber there and back no problem. Oh, and the food was good too.

Good design, very good maintenance. The course is beatiful in the wooded area. Greens are difficult and very hard. Many bunkers but they are also in excellent condition. The club house is a joke. Better to come back in 15 years when everything is more done.

I feel guilty playing at Oaks as i feel my money indirectly helps Russian war efforts (hidden Russian ownership). Very odd feeling. Not nice.I was disappointed as, for this high price level (most expensive golf in Czechia at 150€), i was expecting perfect quality. Yet, the fairways don't drain very well which makes for odd conditions at times. The new 9 holes are a bit boring (playing in open fields, back and forth, nothing special). The holes in the forest are good. Greens are fast and well maintained and well protected by sands you roll into if you are a bit fast on the greens . In other words, for your 150€ to be worth it, play on a dry day. Otherwise, for better mixed weather golf of high quality & lower price, go to the Albatross golf.The marshall is a joke. He does not keep the pace of game, too scared to push players to play at the agreed pace.

One of the best courses I have ever played. Fantastic. Very exciting design. All fairways in perfect condition. Very fast greens. Golf can’t be better

The course is perfect in my opinion and is comparable or better than Torrey Pines or Pebble Beach (excluding the ocean views). The course is challenging, lots of bunkers. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rental clubs are new Callaways and the price is very affordable...Highly recommended.
