We were told 5-6 weeks for delivery of the product we wanted when we were buying it, at the end in the contract it was 11 weeks. So we waited patiently. 11 weeks passed, customer service doesn't respond by email, there's no phone. We went to their office, managers were super rude. How can you work like this in 21st century. Delivery from China is in 2 weeks nowadays. And we have paid for everything upfront. Can't express the frustration more.

We were sold an item absolutely riddled with woodworm and when we asked them to arrange collection from our address, they told us we had to drive to Prague (45 min drive) to return it. Always check your purchase before you leave the store, customer service is awful.

Very big and nice store, but very little personal. If You need something to buy or just ask a question, Almost impossible to find anyone.Also, you need always control by self discounts. No one from the personal will tell you that there is a discount, and you will pay the full price.

If you are looking for a good kitchen, I highly recommend you this branch, and in particular, designer Karel Vostrak from the kitchen department. I did kitchen with him and I really liked the way he works and the final result. He is very professional, quick and made a very good price for me. Also their kitchens are of high quality and made in Germany.

Place is really nice, nice furniture, quality and prices are really good, but only thing is you can not get information from personál, sometimes you have to wait more than 45 min to get some information or to find personál, even if you find, they would tell you that this not my department, or if you want to ask something, some of them pretending that they do not see you. If no enough staff in department, they could only organize some phone number, which would be possible to call and ask the information about the furniture and organize the order. I am not even sure if they are making some inspection control with personal.

EDIT: Their customer service reacted in a professional manner and their technical support will come and help with installing and additional support needed. Much appreciated and hope to see you soon.Original review:I am very very disappointed with the customer service approach. First they asked 100 EUR for transport WITHOUT montage, then they gave us damaged goods, then many of equipment was missing in the package.We have asked for them to send new one and equipment to assemble the closet but they told us to wait 25 days. 25 days our apartment will be in chaos because their slow and unprofessional customer service. Not at all Austrian approach. Never again in this cheap and not quality store! Avoid it.

Frankly, much better quality than the Swedish giant (for the furniture). The prices are not that much higher than those at the Swedish giant.
