Best animal-approach I have met for last two years

We have lost two rabbits in last two years after surgeries in this clinic. We have trusted Internet reviews that this is the best clinic for rabbits in Prague, and that was our mistake.While we know the first one was seriously ill, this was not the case with our second pet rabbit who was only 2,5 years old and generally of good health.I cannot question the necessity for surgery and I have to trust the vets in such case, but what I question is the following:- why the clinic does not have anyone to check the pet's post-surgery status when pet stays in the clinic overnight (but they charge for overnight stay, although no one is there from 9pm until 8am next day)?- why the clinic which performs surgeries do not have the possibility to follow post-surgery pet's status during the critical period?- how is it possible that one day after surgery the clinic does not have a specialist for rabbits available during control post-surgery check?- what is the purpose of taking the sample of operated tissue if the results (and application of adequate antibiotics) will be known in 1 - 2 weeks? Is the only purpose to charge 2,900 CZK?There are many more Why's and How's, and What If's but they will not bring our pets back.Our pets are family members for us and I am sure that it is the same with many of those who visit this clinic with their pets.Unfortunately, they are not treated as family members in this clinic.

They have excellent doctors, i always take my dog there, very friendly staff.

The attitude of the doctors and nurses is unbelievably kind. We came to the clinic with a dog, with an emergency, without any arrangements. Because our dog was experiencing pain, one of the doctors attended to us immediately and did everything very gently and kindly. We are very grateful!

Outstanding service! My rabbit had to have a large tumor removed and needed extensive surgery. Not only did the MVDr. Marie Lietavcová take the time to write her aftercare notes in English (my Czech is limited) the nurse took went over all the details with me as well and made sure I understood. A special thank you to Eliska Pexova for her patience, time and above all kindness. Absolutely wonderful team! I would give 6 stars if I could, děkuji moc :)
