I been there two times my life, and each time the staff were disrespectful and angry. The coffee is okay, the only advantage is being just beside the tunnel to get the platform else no one would choose here.

Overprized and not much value for your money. Coffee tastes burnt and Greek salad for 75 CZK consist of 4 cherry tomatoes, 2 pieces of cheese, 1 cutted olive and few salad leaves.

Don't try to get something quick here if you're in a hurry for your train. A panini and a flat white was 11 minutes of waiting here. And the panini is terrible, tastes like dough. Coffee is okay and service is nice but really slow.

Came in for a coffee and to charge my phone as the place has plenty of electrical outlets clearly visible from outside. WARNING: none of the outlets work. When asked, the girl said they've been broken for a while and no one's coming to repair them". Would have been good to have this info before I spent my money there

Coffee was fine but mine came to 95Kc. I paid in cash, 100kc, and the lady never gave me my change. It was right at 6:00 so I was sleepy and didn’t realize til later. Funny thing is I would have put the 5kc or more into the tip jar. Pretty rude.

really nice experience today, best costa flat white so far :) no queue, very nice and helpful baristas, selection of flapjacks otherwise not available at standard Costa locations (usually sold out) :))in the past the flat white wasn't too good, so i switched to the Costa on main floor. today there was a line of 10 ppl, so i went back to Costa Pronto and im really glad i gave it a second chance. made my morning less... morningy

The rudest server I've ever come across at any cafe. You shouldn't visit this place after a long and tiring journey for your own peace of mind. The other cafes besides this one are way more friendlier. I just asked for the types of cold coffees whose translation was not mentioned in English on the menu. This guy, very rudely tells me off by saying go read the menu displayed in the wall. As if I can't read. And he was equally rude to others behind me as well. Only go here if you like to be paid to get insulted. Oh and the coffee took ages to arrive! So if you love a double shot burnt coffee laced with whipped insults, this is the place to visit.

Their coffee is cheaper than Starbucks but tastes good. They also had a very nice vegan option (tiramisù latte) that was delicious and many different options for plant milks.

One of the worst places I ever visited in 25 years of travel. Wanted to try for once. They sell paninis but have no panini press. They just use normal oven. Fine ok.But catastrophic attitude from staff with everyone around. In particular the cash guy who acts like he wants to quit his job any minute. Very much in hurry for the wrong reasons.This is sad for Costa Coffee.Terrible staff. I don't know why people chose wrong jobs and it is the genuine customer who has to endure the frustration....
