Great shoes, great selection and great service. Being between sizes they even had a special insole so the smaller size fit perfectly. They did try to push a bunch of extras, not too hard bit annoying. It must be company policy as they do that at the store at home too.

This is a bad store. The sellers did not take into account the discount of 20% on the shares. Because of my carelessness found out it only at home.

Terrible attitude towards customers. Why are they so unkind and impolite? Because of racism? Old lady with glasses was the worst of all. Please be polite, if you’re to sell any products to customers.

Had a weird experience here.Made an online order and selected in-store pickup. I showed up to collect the order and a very crabby older woman, without asking, stuffed some pricy insoles into the shoes before selling them — and the insoles — to me.I don’t speak Czech well enough, and she didn’t speak English, and it wasn’t clear what was going on until it was over, but she sort of bullied me into an upsell that I would not have agreed to.My first experience with that “Czech clerks in stores can be jerks” thing that I hear about once in a while. I won’t let it happen again, but I guess I was just totally not expecting such a thing and got blind-sided.

Horrible customer service. I was going to buy a kid shoe for my son and the sale women did not want to help us. I would not recommend this store to others if you are not native speaker.

Very patient considering I don't speak Czech. I burned through 3 pairs of shoes while walking over 30k a day on cobblestone. My Ecco's are wearing well.

High quality shoes for higher prices, but not ovepriced. Only problem is, that the staff is everytime trying to sell you some things along with the shoes, which is a bit uncomfortable. Beside this, ECOO is most probably one of the best shoemakers you can find now in Prague.

Amazing customer service. You know that - you need enough time, feel no pressure and so many different shoes and sizes and especially a patient shop assistant when buying a pair of new shoes ... This exactly plus a big smile is what you get in this shop.
